In case of a financial lease, generally the asset is pre-owned by the finance company. Then for a fixed period of time the finance company will give you the asset on rent and in this case anytime the finance company can write down the allowances, allowing you to use them as well. But in this case you cannot sell the asset as the particular asset is not owned by you and you are using it on rent. Yes if the finance company allows you to sell the asset on their behalf then you can sell it but only a fixed share of sale will be allotted to you.

4.?? ?Using an Operating Lease

Operating lease is just like a financial lease, so the main competition is in between these two and hence you have to decide which one will be beneficial for you. The only difference is that you don?t have to pay all the charges for hiring and the capital costs as compared to the finance lease.
